Engineering and enterprise

As CEO and Chairman of Joadah Consult Limited, he leads an engineering and consulting firm working across East and Central Africa. The firm has delivered major infrastructure — health facilities, educational institutions, industrial developments and urban infrastructure — including projects at Mulago National Referral Hospital, Arua Hill Stadium and Namanve Industrial Park, and water, sanitation and city development initiatives.

He also directs the Joadah Design Institute, which gives young engineers practical, industry-relevant skills that bridge academic training and the needs of the workplace.

Thought leadership

Eng. Aita holds an honorary PhD in Entrepreneurship and Infrastructure from Kesmond International University, and is the author of An Entrepreneur's Mind, on innovation, leadership and enterprise development. He speaks widely on business innovation, infrastructure development, organisational leadership and education reform.
