Dean of the Faculty of Science, which brings together the departments of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics.
Associate Professor Morgan Andama leads the Faculty of Science, established by the University Council in 2018. About 80% of the faculty’s academic staff hold PhDs, and its students carry out field studies and research on subjects from bat viral tolerance to threats in the ionosphere and virus genetics.
Under his leadership the faculty works with partners including Bucknell University, Aalborg University, the Max Planck Society and the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
