The partnership with the National Housing & Construction Company Limited sets the framework for developing University land into student hostels and teaching facilities.

Muni University has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the National Housing & Construction Company Limited (NHCCL) to accelerate modern campus infrastructure: students’ hostels, lecture rooms, science laboratories and other facilities for the University’s growing programmes and student population. A joint committee will oversee planning and implementation.

Government funding for public universities covers non-residential buildings, so the partnership answers the University’s most pressing need: student accommodation.

Muni University is growing very fast, and infrastructure remains our biggest challenge. However, this challenge cannot hinder us from executing our mandate.
